Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 5800 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. Acceptance of these terms takes effect immediately upon any action indicating use of the platform, including browsing the website, creating an account, or carrying out any financial transaction. These terms apply to all users of the 5800 platform without exception, whether registered users or casual visitors browsing general platform content. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company or other entity, you also warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. The 5800 platform shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to comply with these agreed terms.

You also confirm that you are at least 18 years of age as of your registration date and are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia. Users who are below the stipulated age limit are strictly prohibited from using 5800's platform services. Our platform reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account while an investigation is carried out should there be any doubt regarding a user's eligibility. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date to ensure platform communications reach users without disruption.

Account Creation & Security

To make full use of the 5800 platform's services, you are required to register and create a personal account using accurate and truthful information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at any time; owning multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the termination of all such accounts without prior notice. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, please contact the 5800 support team immediately so that protective measures can be taken. The 5800 platform will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

All personal information you provide during registration, including your full name, phone number, and email address, must be accurate and updated whenever any changes occur. The 5800 platform reserves the right to require an identity verification process (KYC) to ensure the security of transactions and compliance with relevant regulations. Users who fail to complete the verification process within the stipulated timeframe may face a temporary restriction on their account until the process is finalised. We use industry-standard encryption technology to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, and all sensitive information is stored securely in accordance with Privacy Policy ours.

User Responsibilities

As a user of the 5800 platform, you agree to use all services provided in a responsible manner and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You are not permitted to use this platform for any unlawful activities, including money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime that could compromise the integrity of the platform. Payment & MYR Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 5800 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) for the convenience of local users. Our platform supports a range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including online bank transfers, local e-wallets, and other approved payment methods as updated from time to time. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe stated, depending on the payment method selected and the processing time of the respective financial service provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method and the user's account status; the latest details can be found in the financial section of your account.

For withdrawal requests, users are required to ensure that the registered bank account or e-wallet is held in the same name as the 5800 account to avoid any delays or rejected transactions. The 5800 platform reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes before processing any withdrawal that exceeds the stipulated limit. All transactions will be recorded and can be reviewed through the transaction history in the user's account at any time. Should any issues arise relating to a transaction, users must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date to facilitate a smoother investigation. The 5800 platform is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers that are beyond our control.

Platform Liability Limit

5800 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will run free of interruption, technical errors, or unexpected downtime. While we make every effort to maintain platform stability at all times, there are external factors beyond our control — such as network disruptions, natural disasters, or third-party system failures — that may affect service availability. To the extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, 5800 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use this platform. 5800's total liability to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Users acknowledge that Sports Betting and all gaming activities on this platform carry real financial risk, and 5800 makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any bet or the profits that may be earned. The decision to bet or play rests entirely at the user's own discretion and responsibility. Our platform provides information on Responsible Gaming to help users make informed and responsible decisions. If you feel your betting activity is becoming difficult to manage, we encourage you to reach out to our support team and make use of the account management tools available on the platform.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

The 5800 platform reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in activities that violate these terms and conditions. An account suspension may be temporary for the purposes of investigation, or permanent if a serious breach is established. During the suspension period, the user will be unable to access the account, make deposits, or withdraw funds until the investigation has concluded. The 5800 platform will notify users of their account status via email or official registered communication channels, and users will have the opportunity to provide any required explanation or evidence within the stipulated timeframe.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 5800 platform support team. Before the closure is processed, all remaining balances in the account must first be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures in effect. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be subject to investigation and may be withheld until the resolution process is complete. The personal data of users whose accounts have been closed will be handled in accordance with Privacy Policy us and the applicable data protection laws in Malaysia. Closing an account does not release users from any financial or legal obligations arising from their use of the platform prior to the closure date.

The 5800 platform respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that any content on this platform infringes your copyright, please contact our team with sufficient information for us to carry out a proper investigation.

Third-Party Links & External Services

The 5800 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites and services that are not under our control. These links are provided solely for user convenience and do not imply that the 5800 platform endorses, verifies, or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users who choose to access third-party websites do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions of those sites. Any dispute between a user and a third-party provider shall be resolved directly between the parties involved, and the 5800 platform may not be made a party to such disputes except in specific circumstances provided for by law. Our platform endeavours to work only with third-party providers of good standing who adhere to high security standards, in order to protect the interests of our users.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

5800 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to users, subject to applicable legal requirements. Any changes made will take effect immediately upon publication of the latest version of this document on the platform, and the update date will be shown at the top of the document for users' reference. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure they remain aware of any changes that have been made. Continued use of 5800 following the publication of any updated terms will be deemed as the user's full acceptance of those revised terms. Should a user disagree with any changes made, they must cease using the platform and may request account closure through our official support channels.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia, including the Contracts Act 1950, the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, and other relevant legislation. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties within 30 days from the date the dispute is raised. If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, and both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of that court. The 5800 platform also complies with all licensing requirements and online gambling regulations set by the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
